Meet Brad Barter, a staff member at our Niagara location.
It all started back in May of 2017. Barter was on a bus trip returning from a Rugby tournament in London and a text message came through. ‘Hey man, want to throw axes tonight?’ Who in their right mind would say no to that!? After dropping his first 30 axes, he finally stuck a bullseye. That was all it took to hook him for life.
In the Fall, Barter found out BATL Niagara was hiring. He was hired onto staff shortly after. Since then, Barter is the only staff member at Niagara to deliver his opening speech in flawless Russian. And Barter is still with us today!
Outside of BATL Axe Throwing, Barter moulds young minds in high school and is an Aficionado of photoshop. He has an extremely rare collection of shoelaces and believes that Christmas isn’t complete until he sees Hans Gruber fall from Nakatomi tower in Die Hard.
