Yes! Our staff are experts and will be there with you to teach you how to safely use a bow and arrow, as well as provide ongoing feedback on how to improve your shot.

We are all ages! Our standard waiver needs to be signed by a parent or guardian for any minor to participate. Groups of minors must be accompanied by an adult, while unsupervised minors are not allowed on the premises.

Yes! You'll get a link to the waiver in your confirmation email. You can share it with your guests to sign the waiver in advance. If not you're always able to sign in person when you arrive, please arrive 10-15mins early to ensure you're ready for your event!

We have a cancellation policy that allows for refunds if notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled event. We can also change the event date with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

We do! The birthday person shoots for free*! Speak to one of our Customer Service reps while booking or your coach when you arrive. *Cannot be combined with other offers. Only valid for groups of 4 or more people.

To secure your event, a deposit is required, which is fully refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled event. The deposit is refunded upon arrival, and the bill can be settled at the end of the event. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the deposit to appear back on your card.
