Every week week get feedback from event guests and axe throwing league members on what a great workout axe throwing can be, and it’s starting to gather attention from bloggers and media as well.
While demanding and accessible to everyone regardless of physical ability or fitness, axe throwing works several muscle sets that are not often used for most people. In addition, physical fitness play little if any role in the success of a participant to become a good axe thrower.
As most people learn quickly, success with axe throwing is entirely a matter of technique and mental focus, rather than strength or stamina. Nevertheless, if you can have fun with friends while getting in the benefits of a small workout, then why not?
